Prices are inclusive of tax

Prices are calculated on the basis of a single delivery address in France (please note – we currently do not deliver outside France).

The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. All delivery charges are calculated in accordance with the weight of the order.

All of our shipments are given to the carrier in perfect condition, all deliveries should be inspected upon receipt of the goods. Any damage should be reported directly to the carrier.

All orders will be shipped upon reception of payment. We only accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to: SCA SAINT PANTALÉON LES VIGNES. All cheques must include order references, your full mailing address, including post code and telephone number

Our wines are delivered in 6 bottle cases of the same wine, of the vintage available at the time. When a given vintage is sold out, we allow ourselves to ship the next available vintage. This policy goes for award winning vintages as well.

Protection of Minors In compliance with law article L 3342-1 of the public health act forbidding the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 16 you, as a buyer of wine from us, represent that you are at least 16 years of age.

Abuse of alcohol can be a health hazard and should be consumed in moderation

Privacy rules: In accordance with the French law of January 6th 1978, identity information necessary for the completion of commercial transactions can be added to the winery’s client listing, however this information will not be disclosed to third parties.In accordance with this law, all clients have the right to have access to, modify, correct or delete their personal information.
