AOC Côtes du Rhône white
VARIETIES : grenache blanc, marsanne , viognier, clairette.Rest in traditional vat. Bottled a few months after the harvest to preserve freshness and aromas.
- VINIFICATION : complete de-stemming, followed by crushing. Filtering of must. Fermented in temperature controlled vat for 10 to 15 days.
- MILLÉSIME : 2010
TASTE : good alcohol vs. acid balance with a floral bouquet, fresh fruit notes.
